This health center is a Health Center Program grantee under 42 U.S.C. 254b, and a deemed Public Health Service employee under 42 U.S.C. 233(g)-(n).
Raphael Health Center is proud to be participating in the Bureau of Primary Health Care’s Health Disparities Collaborative. Working together with other health care providers across the nation, great strides have been made to improve the care of our patients with diabetes.
RHC was awarded status as a federally qualified health care center through the Health Resource Services Administration's Bureau of Primary Health Care in June 2002. As an FQHC, the federal funds ensure that quality health care is available for the underserved and uninsured.
