Community generosity is essential to our success. Charitable giving is a vital element for maintaining quality care and modern technology.
We invite you to become involved by contributing financially to Raphael Health Center. We seek to provide care for the uninsured and for those at greater risk of experiencing poor health. For many of our patients, having to live without access to health care there is a greater incidence of asthma, diabetes, substance abuse, cardiovascular disease and babies born with a low birth weight.
Your tax deductible contribution will enable us to make improvements to existing programs and services and to develop new ones.
