Frequently Asked Questions

What do I need to do to become a patient?
Call (317) 926-1507 to schedule an appointment.  Our Receptionist will ask you some questions and start the processs for you to receive care.  

Are you a free clinic?
No, however, we will work to get you into a health care assistance program that is affordable.

What if I don't have insurance?
Our Financial Counselor will work with you to identify any health care assistance programs that might cover the costs of care.  Assistance will be provided to complete applications and submit the necessary information.

Do you accept Medicare & Medicaid?
Yes.  Medicare, Medicaid and private insurance programs are all accepted.

Will I have to pay anything?
Possibly.  Payment is expected at the time of service or as designated by your specific insurance or health care assistance plan.   Any payment will be explained in advance of your appointment.  Our staff members are happy to answer any questions you may have about billing for services.

What if I don't have any money?
Co-pay, point of service payment and deductibles are defined when you sign up with your health care assistance program.  We will work with you, but it is your responsibiity to meet your financial obligation.

Does the Dental Clinic do dentures?

Currently, the clinic does not offer denters, partial dentures or crown and bridge.  We will refer you to another dental provider for these services, if needed.

Who are the medical providers?
