HIV Testing

FREE Diabetes Education Session with a Certified Diabetic Educator

Free Mammograms
Provided by St. Vincent’s Mobile Mammography Van
WHERE: RAPHAEL HEALTH CENTER
401 East 34th Street, Indianapolis, IN 46205
WHO: Women in the Community who are uninsured and
who do not have a Primary Care Provider.
COST: FREE for those new to the Raphael Health Center.
Current patients will be eligible to receive free educational information.
